Amazona Zoo

Located on the north Norfolk coast in Cromer, Amazona Zoo is home to over 200 birds and animals from tropical South America.

During your time at the unique zoo you will see everything from the wonderful jaguar, monkeys, pumas, peccaries, otters to owls, macaws, parrots, capuchins and snakes and much more!

They have a brand new aquarium and an interactive ‘Amizone’ educational area.

Banham Zoological Gardens

There’s so much to see and do at Banham Zoological Gardens and always something new to discover!

Bewilderwood Parasquawk’s Flight of Very Fancy Colours

Yippeeee, it’s May half term and a glorious time of year to visit the woods and have a WILD family adventure!

Bure Valley Railway Jubilee Journey

WALLED GARDEN – Celebratory Crafts, Join us for some creative crafting in the Ed Shed

Jump, Jive, Twist and Shout Trail – Hop, jump and skip your way around the trail in the Walled Garden. A great way to burn off some extra energy.

Ridgeline Climbing Wall and Penalty Shoot Out – Aim high to reach the top of the 18ft climbing wall. The view from the top will be spectacular! Or if you don’t have a head for heights, check the speed of your best penalty kick.

Caving Experience – Can you conquer the twists and turns within the caving trailer? Don your hard hat and head torch, and give it a go…

Obstacle Course – Ready, Set, Go! Over the tyres, through the mangles, diving the bish bash and slipping through the tunnels before whizzing down the slide to the finish. Younger visitors will love to clown around with the Clown at the Castle.

Pensthorpe Natural Park Royal Tea Party

We’ll be celebrating nature’s royalty over the week, with a special trail around the park to learn about the kings, queens and blue-blooded creatures in the park.

Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens

Location : Thrigby Hall, Filby, Norfolk, NR29 3DR

Explore the park using the unique network of walk ways. You can follow the bridges across the lake, climb the Jubilee Tree Walk to get magnificent views of the park and venture into the Tiger Tunnel.

There is also the Tiger Tree Walk which takes you directly over the enclosure and the Tiger Machan Viewing Platform where you can be inches away from the magnificent Sumatran Tigers.

Walk through the tree tops with the Gibbons and follow the walk way around the trees over the Leopard enclosures. Discover Cats Cloisters, explore the Pool Garden and enjoy the Aviaries.

Watatunga Wildlife Reserve

Let your imagination run wild and join us this Whitsun half term for our annual Unicorns and Wizards event.

What’s going on?
