Kentwell Hall

Kentwell Hall is a redbrick house with two forward wings of the early 16th century, surrounded by a moat, built by the Clopton family with wealth realised from landowning.
Its main features are its exterior elevations and its separate 15th century part half-timbered service building.

Clare Ancient House
Location : 26 High St, Clare, Sudbury CO10 8NY
The Ancient House is a medieval timber-framed and partly pargeted building located in Clare in Suffolk.
It is a Grade I listed building. The museum was established in 1979, and is entirely run by volunteers and trustees.
Artefacts on display range from Iron Age and Roman through to Victorian times.

Heveningham Hall

Heveningham Hall was built in 1778 for the Vanneck family at the climax of Georgian elegance.
Sir Joshua purchased Heveningham, but his oldest son Sir Gerard commissioned the current building.
It was Sir Gerard’s younger brother, also Joshua, who was made Baron Huntingfield. They hold many events here throughout the year.

Helmingham Hall is a moated manor house in Helmingham, Suffolk. It was begun by John Tollemache in 1480 and has been owned by the Tollemache family ever since.
