Which National Trust Easter Egg Hunt in East Anglia Will you Visit ?

National Trust Easter Egg Hunt East Anglia

Easter Holidays for us this year are a little bit different, having children in education in both Norfolk and Suffolk, means that our Easter School holiday spans three weeks, so ensure you check when the Easter egg hunts are running in your county.

The National Trust has some amazing properties and outdoor spaces to explore, and they are currently getting ready for their Easter Egg Hunts.

There are quite a few in the East Anglia for you to choose from, although i’m guessing the Easter bank holiday will be popular this year, so booking your visit is recommended to guarantee entry. Please also note that the Easter trails will last for as long as stocks last, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Helped by local schools and community groups, we’ll have loads of fun activities to keep little explorers busy over the holidays as the estate awakens for spring.

Measure the ship sculpture in the courtyard with your footsteps, try on a warrior’s helmet for size and get creative as you make your very own Anglo-Saxon beast.

See if you can find the six hares hidden in Top Hat Wood and find out if you’re more like a kestrel or a buzzard – two birds of prey that can be spotted soaring in the sky above the Royal Burial Ground.

Learn more about Anglo-Saxon textiles, dynasties and swords, map your journey along the river and even build a den – but make sure it’s sturdy! Then collect your chocolate egg* and finish the day at our adventure play area.

*Vegan and Free From chocolate egg, suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies, are also available.
